Hi Larry,
I know you have a good reputation, but I have a question about fat.
I want to decrease my bodyfat to 6% and now Im at 14%, did you agree that coconut oil is a good way to decrease my bodyfat, because some trainer at my gym tell me that is not a good fat and is better to eat some omega 3 as well fish oil!
What is your opinion about all of that?
Thank you
Will.

Hi Will Well, tell that trainer at your gym to stop watching reality shows at night and start researching on the Internet! Seriously, that misinformation about COCONUT OIL and saturated fats being bad for you is a load of crap (it's a political thing that dates back to the Korean war). There's even some info about polyunsaturated fats being the evil fat (they become rancid with heat). You can safely go up to 4 tbsp. a day of coconut oil, but take into account that it has 9 calories per gram, so don't bust your calorie count! He's right about the omega-3's though. Take between 9 and 15 g. of omega-3's every day and make sure they are pharmaceutical grade to eliminate heavy metals.
