hey larry...i've noticed that nuts are not created equal...which ones should be used in a bodybuilding diet...some contain a higher carb content than others...?

Well, Greekbody, when looking at nuts, you primarily look for a fat source, not necessarily at the carb content (although some are much higher in carbs, like chestnuts which have almost no fat at all). The majority of nuts are a good source of monounsaturated fats, with the exception of walnuts being higher in the polyunsaturated fat, and brazil nuts and pine nuts being almost equal in both mono and polyunsaturated fats. Always split your fat intake as follows; 1/3 saturated, 1/3 monounsaturated and 1/3 polyunsaturated fats. And remember, fat should make up 25-30% of your dietary energy.
